Q- How do we list our property

Q- What Is The Cost?

A-The price for managing your property depends on status of rental (occupied or non occupied), distance from our offices and the marketability of your property. Our management agreements are valid until the property is rented or 90 days. We are a pay for performance company, in many cases we can rent and manage your property with zero down payment options. Q- What is included?

A- Online advertising, newspaper advertising, signage, answering calls from possible renters, labor to show your property, credit checks of prospective tenants, supplies and administrative fees.

Q- What is the Purity Property Management Plan?

A- We provide 24 hour support and rental maintenance service for landlords. Our goal is to give you peace of mind, and remove the personal burden of you being a landlord. We manage your tenants.  Our phone number is given to tenants to call if there is a problem, or if they have questions, concerns or complaints. We collect your rent and mail it to your specified address. We perform property maintenance checks and inspections to make sure your property is in good condition. We meet with local inspectors for yearly inspections. We handle emergency problems such as plumbing, heating and cooling & electrical issues.


Q- What is the Price? Is there anything else included?

A- Single properties start as low as $50 month. Including in this management fee is one hour of emergency service monthly or property check?
 
Q-What is considered a emergency?

A- Any call from a tenant that requires assistance. Some Examples From Our Experience: pilot light out, toilet plugged up, no hot water, broken window, broken door, lost keys to property, locked out of property, locked keys in house, tripped breaker, shower leaking, roof leaking, basement flooded, garbage disposal leaking, no heat, air conditioner not working.

Q- What is a property check?

A-Once your property is under Purity Management we perform upon your approval monthly and quarterly property checks to review your property and tenants.

Q- What about Extra Services?

A- Extra services such as repairs, painting, lawn care, cleaning, rental preparation are performed at discounted labor and supply cost. NO Hidden Charges Clause! We do not perform any service or work, or invoice you for any work without first your written approval of price and work specifications.

Q- How do you deal with tenants or prospective tenants?

A- Our goal is to treat all tenants as we would like to be treated. Starting with a professional appearance of management, support staff, vehicles, and equipment .We keep all aspects of the rental business positive and friendly. Tenants rely on Purity Services as the liaison between them and the property owner. Tenants are informed to contact us anytime for any emergency, question or concern they may have.
